Family Law Paralegal

Clifftop Law is seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Law Paralegal to join our growing team. This is a full-time, in-person position, Monday through Friday, supporting attorneys in a fast-paced and client-focused environment. We are looking for someone proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping families navigate complex legal matters with compassion and professionalism. Responsibilities: Draft and prepare family law pleadings, declarations, discovery, financial documents, and correspondence. Maintain case files, calendars, and deadlines with accuracy and consistency. Assist attorneys with client communication, case updates, scheduling, and hearing preparation. Conduct legal research and assist in trial preparation. Communicate with clients, court staff, opposing counsel, and other parties in a professional and timely manner. Support attorneys across the full case lifecycle from intake to resolution. Minimum Requirements: 1+ year of experience in family law at a law firm or legal office. Paralegal Certificate. Strong knowledge of family law procedures, filings, and WA state court requirements. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines at once. Proficiency with legal case management software, Microsoft Office, and PDF editing tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Professional and reliable work ethic, with the ability to work in-person Monday–Friday. Preferred Qualifications: Experience drafting family law pleadings with minimal supervision. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required. Ability to contribute to a collaborative, supportive, and client-centered work culture. Benefits: Paid Holidays
