Job Description

Family Law Attorney (4+ Years Experience)

We are seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney with 4+ years of practice representing clients in a broad range of family law matters. This role is ideal for an attorney who is comfortable handling complex, contested matters and is eager to be actively involved in litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients in family law matters including separation, divorce, custody, spousal support, child support, and division of marital property
Manage contested custody cases and divorce matters from inception through resolution
Handle motion hearings, discovery, negotiations, and trial preparation
Maintain and manage a high-volume caseload
Appear in court regularly and advocate effectively on behalf of clients

Qualifications:

4+ years of meaningful family law experience
Strong litigation and courtroom experience
Admission to practice in Maryland and Washington, DC (Virginia admission a plus)
Ability and willingness to appear in court
Strong organizational, communication, and client-management skills
