Valid medical license in the relevant state or jurisdiction
Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine
Proven experience in outpatient primary care settings
Excellent diagnostic, clinical, and patient communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Nice to Have Skills:

Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Additional certifications such as ACLS or PALS
Knowledge of population health management strategies

Preferred Education and Experience:

MD or DO degree from accredited medical school
Minimum of 2 years of clinical practice in family medicine
Relevant state licensure and board certification

Other Requirements:

Availability to start on or before March 18, 2026
Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development
Travel reimbursements and other applicable reimbursements for licensure and certification fees

Compensation for this position is $1.00 per hour, alongside competitive benefits including comprehensive medical coverage, weekly pay via direct deposit, paid sick time consistent with applicable laws, and a robust referral bonus program. We also offer licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable.
