Job Description

Family Medicine Physician – Hood River, OR

Our client is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join a mission-driven FQHC serving a diverse and underserved population in beautiful Hood River, Oregon. This is an excellent opportunity to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while making a meaningful community impact.

Position Highlights:

  • Collaborative, team-based environment focused on health equity
  • Outpatient primary care with opportunities for quality improvement and leadership
  • Involvement in programs such as PCPCH and Meaningful Use
  • Teaching and mentorship opportunities available

Qualifications:

  • MD/DO, Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine
  • Active Oregon (or ability to obtain) Medical License & DEA
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish), prenatal care, EPIC experience preferred
  • FQHC or underserved care experience a plus

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $265K Total First-Year Package
    • $200K base + $40K guarantee + $25K sign-on
  • Relocation assistance ($5K–$10K)
  • RVU incentives starting year one
  • NHSC Loan Repayment eligible
  • 200 hours PTO + 6 paid holidays
  • Full benefits + 401(k)
