The facility operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM to ensure accessible healthcare delivery and optimal clinical outcomes.About the Facility Location

The nurse practitioner will deliver comprehensive family medicine care in a Federally Qualified Health Center setting, managing diverse primary care cases for adults ages 18 and older. Clinical responsibilities include conducting patient evaluations, managing chronic conditions, providing preventive healthcare services with emphasis on women's health and experience with children preferred.
