Position Overview
Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to fill an opening at a Federally Qualified Health Center in Sandusky, OH. This position offers an exceptional work-life balance and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to providers and support staff.

- Support recruitment, development, and retention of clinical staff.
- Participate in continuing education and maintain board certification.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Education: MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Licensure: Eligible for Ohio medical licensure
- Certification: Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Experience: Open to New Graduates, but experienced candidates are a plus.
- Technical Skills: Comprehensive primary care, quality improvement, clinical leadership
- Soft Skills: Leadership, mentorship, collaboration, strategic thinking
