Job Title: Family Medicine Physician / Same day clinic outpatient

Location: Zuni, NM (Route 301 North B Street, Zuni, NM 87327)

Start Date: July 2026

Opportunity Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our team in Zuni, NM. This is a unique opportunity to serve the Zuni community while working with Indian Health Services. Position Details:

Schedule: 80 hrs per week. 12 hrs per day. Week on and off or 2 weeks on and off model.
Holidays: Federal holidays off (11 paid federal holidays)
Patient Census: 10-12 patients per day
EMR: RPMS (training provided if needed)
Licensure: Any active state license is accepted
Credentialing Time: Approximately 8-10 weeks

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay Rate (1099 contract): $200 per hour
Pay Rate (W2 option): $150 per hour
Additional Compensation (W2 only): Annual salary up to $300,000
PTO: 4 weeks of paid time off per year (W2 option only)
Paid Federal Holidays: 11 paid federal holidays per year
Flexible Schedule: Option for two weeks on, two weeks off schedule

Requirements:

Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Active medical license in any U.S. state
Ability to start in May 2025
