Family Medicine Physician (FM)Mishawaka, Indiana

We’re hiring a Family Medicine Physician in Mishawaka, Indiana who wants a mission-driven outpatient role with leadership opportunities, structured workflows, and long-term stability.

You’ll step into a full-time outpatient position focused on proactive primary care, chronic disease management, preventative services, and whole-person care. You’ll practice within an established team-based model with integrated behavioral health and nutrition support.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary starting at $220,000+ depending on experience• Employer-paid health insurance, 70% of premiums• Dental & vision insurance• 403(b) retirement plan with 5% employer match• 5 weeks PTO• 7 paid holidays plus 3 floating holidays• CME time with $4,500 annual stipend• Student loan repayment eligibility up to $100,000• Relocation assistance• Malpractice coverage
