Family Medicine Physician – Tryon Medical | Steele Creek, Charlotte, NC
About Tryon Medical:Tryon Medical is a physician-led, patient-focused practice dedicated to delivering exceptional care. Our Steele Creek location is growing, and we are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join our team.
Position Overview:As a Family Medicine Physician at Tryon Medical, you will provide comprehensive care for patients of all ages, from pediatrics through geriatrics. You’ll manage both acute and chronic conditions, emphasizing preventative care and long-term health. This role offers opportunities for professional growth while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care for individuals and families
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions across all age groups
Provide preventive care, routine screenings, and health education
Collaborate with specialists and care teams to ensure coordinated patient care
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, education, or clinical research as desired
Maintain accurate and compliant medical records according to clinical standards
Qualifications:
Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine
Licensed or eligible for licensure in North Carolina
Strong commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
