Job Description
- We’re currently hiring a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner, Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner, MD, or DO to become part of our integrative care team.
- Ideal candidates will bring at least two years of experience in primary or urgent care settings and possess a strong interest in functional medicine.
- While formal certification in functional medicine is not required, we offer structured mentorship and hands-on training to help you grow in this field.

- Closed major holidays and evenings and only 4 work days per week

- Minimal to no call
- Hold and maintain an active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license for the duration of your employment
- Hold an active AANP or ANCC certification and remain certified during the duration of your employment
- Graduated from an accredited university
- Diagnose and treat acute, episodic or chronic illnesses
- Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments
- Perform comprehensive physical examinations of patients
- Develop and implement patient management policies and procedures
- Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
