Job Description

Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

Family Nurse Practitioner needed in Houlton, ME

Titan Placement Group invites you to explore this opportunity in Houlton, ME. This position is with a very progressive, well-run, and financially stable Federally Qualified Health Center.

Salary and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $110,000 - $135,000 – Based on years of NP experience
Fiscal year bonus based on productivity
Health Insurance Employers Pays: (1st day of the month following 60 days)

80% for Employee
50% for Employee & Spouse or Employee & Children
40% for Family Plan

Dental Insurance / Vision Insurance
Dental benefit at dental center for employee and family with no premiums
Life Insurance at 2x annual salary
Retirement Package – 401(K) with 3% Match (After one year of employment)
Student loan repayment through the NHSC
120 hours of paid vacation
Additional accrued PTO up to 88 hours each year
10 paid holidays
CME Time Off – 40 hours of time toward and $1,500 annually
Professional liability insurance through FTCA at no cost to employee
Relocation Assistance Available

Responsibilities

Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
36 clinical hours and 4 hours of admin time
100% outpatient
1:12 call my phone only with an MD
Appropriate clinical documentation through their Athena EMR
Full Support Staff
Directly reports to CMO

Requirements

Clear and Active Nurse Practitioner License in the State of Maine
Board Certified in Family Medicine
