Story County Medical Center is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join their collegial team of 7 providers in Nevada, IA (just outside of Ames) due to an upcoming retirement: •Join an established and collegial team of 7 primary care providers (some with 30+ years with the group)•Epic EMR •4-day workweek, and manageable patient volume of around 15 per day •Dedicated support including nurses, IT, schedulers, coders, referral coordinators and more!

Compensation: •Total first-year package up to $400,000•$75,000 customizable onboarding incentive •IPERS (Iowa Public Employees' Retirement System) - ranked among the most financially sound public pension systems in the nation •PSLF (Public Service Loan Forgiveness)
