Practice Highlights:

100% outpatient-focused role - no mandatory hospital call
Four-day workweek with generous PTO and family-oriented scheduling
Direct admit privileges for your patients (bypass the ER when appropriate)
Flexible volume: 18-20 patients per day, or more if you want to be busy!
Dedicated MA support and optimized staffing for efficient clinic flow
On-site psychiatric nurse practitioners with 2-week access to care
Deaconess-affiliated, 5-star CMS-rated facility with cutting-edge diagnostics
EMR: Athena, with AI-enhanced documentation on the horizon

Compensation & Benefits:

Guaranteed base salary plus RVU and quarterly productivity bonuses
Realistic earning potential of $300,000+
100% health coverage at PCMH or Deaconess facilities
Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligible
Generous 403(b) retirement plan with 3% hospital match
Up to $10,000 annual tuition reimbursement
