Job Description
- Provide therapeutic and crisis intervention services to youth and families.
- Deliver services in various settings including home, school, and community.
- Collaborate with co-therapist to implement treatment plans.
- Maintain professional documentation and adhere to agency policies.
- Attend required trainings and meetings.
- Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards.
- Demonstrate physical competency for Mandt and CPR facilitation.
- Masters or Doctoral degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related human services field.
- Eligible for clinical licensure in Delaware (LCSW, LPCMH, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist).
- Valid drivers license with clean motor vehicle record.
- Pass criminal background check.
- Two years of experience with children and families preferred.
- Knowledge of OSHA, HIPAA, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to meet physical demands (e.g., lifting, driving, climbing stairs).
- Professional demeanor and sound judgment.
- Willingness to perform additional duties as needed for effective program management.
