Salary Range: $55000.00 - $80000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Analyze the unique risk profiles of local farms and ranches to recommend tailored insurance protection.

Conduct on-site visits to properties to better understand the scope of our clients' operations.

Manage a diverse book of business, ensuring that every policy renewal is handled with care and attention to detail.

Collaborate with clients to review their changing needs during different agricultural seasons.

Identify gaps in coverage and proactively suggest solutions that keep our clients' assets safe.

Engage with the surrounding area community to represent our agency at local agricultural events and trade shows.

Must obtain Property & Casualty, Life insurance and crop licenses in Kansas/Missouri or be able to obtain with in 60 days.

Strong foundational knowledge of farm, ranch, crop and commercial operations.

Previous professional experience in sales or account management within the agricultural sector.

Effective communication skills to build trust with multi-generational families and business owners.

Strong organizational habits for managing complex policy renewals and client files.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in an agricultural or business-related field is a plus.
