Responsibilities

Communicate with department management and give daily, weekly, and monthly updates
Onboard new hires and help them achieve their licensing and a smooth transition
Train new hires on our mindsets, systems and scripts
Follow up with all candidates whether they receive an offer or rejection, making sure to provide clear and timely information
Coordinate interviews and skills testing with qualified candidates

Requirements

Required to get a Property and Casualty license within 2 weeks of employment, and assist new team members with onboarding.
High energy and drive to win daily, and the ability to solve problems quickly
Willingness and ability to follow predetermined structures and systems, and hold others accountable to the same
Emotional intelligence and the ability to read people
Strong networking skills and the ability to identify highly-skilled talent during the recruitment process
