Our Customer Service Representative needs to exceed customer service standards to current clients while also assisting prospects as they call in. No prior experience is necessary

Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner. Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information. Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring. Return all phone messages promptly. Obtain prospects information such as name, address, vehicle information and enter into quote sheets. Informs customers of promotions and new or upgraded products using prepared scripts. Requirements A Property & Casualty insurance license is preferred. Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable. Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency. Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up. Confident, self-starter who works well independently. Professional phone etiquette.
