Greet clients over the phone with warmth and a smile
Instill urgency and confidence in clients through persuasive communication
Discover potential gaps in coverages and sell appropriate options
Follow Award-Winning Talk paths and lead customers to a sale with confidence
be a self starter motivated to hit daily, weekly, and monthly goals

Requirements

Prior sales or marketing experience is a plus
Property and Casualty Insurance License is a plus
High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
Humble and coachable attitude ready to win
