ResponsibilitiesWhat Youll Actually Be Doing
This is a sales roleyour success will come down to activity, conversations, and execution.
Day-to-day, you will:
- connect with clients and prospects (calls, follow-ups, conversations)
- identify coverage gaps and recommend solutions
- quote and present policies clearly and confidently
- close business and contribute to agency growth
- build relationships that turn into long-term clients
- actively generate new opportunitiesnot just wait for them
Youll also:
- develop real-world sales skills
- learn how to manage and grow a book of business
- work directly with the agency owner for coaching and development

Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Coachable and willing to improve
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Sales experience is a plus (not required if you have drive)
- Must obtain or hold a Property & Casualty license, Life & Health
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is a plus.
Licensing: Must obtain the required state insurance licenses within a specified time frame.
Sales Aptitude: Strong interest in sales with a customer-focused mindset.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Self-Motivation: Driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Learning Attitude: Willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic team environment.
Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using digital tools and software to manage client relationships and track performance.
