We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Manager to lead, train, and grow a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a deep knowledge of insurance products, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing sales strategies, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Our Office Manager is a key part of the client experience, serving as a primary point of contact for clients. This role requires strong communication, organization, and follow-through while handling service requests, payments, policy changes, and client education. This is not a cold sales role, but the ability to identify opportunities to strengthen existing client relationships is important. .

Salary Range: $50000.00 - $75000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, coach, and manage a team of insurance sales agents
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales goals
- Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and provide regular feedback and performance reviews
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal insurance regulations
- Oversee daily sales operations, including lead distribution and pipeline management
- Support agents in closing complex or high-value policies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers
- Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior leadership
Requirements
P&C license required (May be obtained after hiring)
Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Proficiency with CRM systems and sales performance tools
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to motivate, mentor, and retain top sales talent
