Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Manager to lead, train, and grow a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a deep knowledge of insurance products, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing sales strategies, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Our Office Manager is a key part of the client experience, serving as a primary point of contact for clients. This role requires strong communication, organization, and follow-through while handling service requests, payments, policy changes, and client education. This is not a cold sales role, but the ability to identify opportunities to strengthen existing client relationships is important. .

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, coach, and manage a team of insurance sales agents
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales goals
  • Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and provide regular feedback and performance reviews
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal insurance regulations
  • Oversee daily sales operations, including lead distribution and pipeline management
  • Support agents in closing complex or high-value policies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers
  • Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior leadership
Requirements

P&C license required (May be obtained after hiring)

Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills

Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
