Salary Range: $50000.00 - $70000.00 per year

Licensing Support and Guidance
Responsibilities
- Connect with new and existing clients to understand their insurance needs
- Prospect and generate new business through calls, referrals, networking, and leads
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions (auto, home, life, and commercial)
- Educate customers on coverage options and provide value-based recommendations
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects and clients
- Follow up on leads and close sales to meet and exceed targets
- Maintain strong relationships to drive retention and referrals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus (not required)
- Must have or be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license prior to starting
- Must obtain a Life insurance license within the first 6 months of employment (we provide guidance and support)
