Responsibilities

Call and follow up with provided lead contacts promptly and with exceptional service
Cultivate new business through proactive prospecting and lead generation activities.
Service existing policyholders by reviewing their coverage and identifying opportunities for enhancement.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted insurance advisor.
Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and solutions.
Process new business applications and policy endorsements accurately.
Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative agency environment.

Requirements

Active Nevada P&C License.
Proven track record in insurance sales
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
