Responsibilities
- Cultivate new business through proactive prospecting and lead generation activities.
- Call and follow up with leads promptly and with exceptional service
- Service existing policyholders by reviewing their coverage and identifying opportunities for enhancement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted insurance advisor.
- Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and solutions.
- Process new business applications and policy endorsements accurately.
- Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative agency environment.
- Active Nevada Heath, Life, and P&C License.
- Proven track record in insurance sales
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
- A proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
- Strong understanding of insurance products and market trends.
