If you have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and enjoy working in a proactive environment and building rapport with others, this is the role for you.

Salary Range: $36000.00 - $40000.00 per year

Training and licensing assistance will be provided

Responsibilities

Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
Process customer policy change requests.
Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up.

Take premium payments from customers.
Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
Attend training and continuing education courses/in person and virtual.
Handle customer renewals.

Requirements

Must be able to obtain the property and casualty/life & disability license.
1 year of prior customer service experience is required
Multilingual capabilities are a plus, particularly in English and Spanish to cater to diverse clientele.
A strong commitment to providing top-notch client services and enhancing the customer experience.
Must be comfortable cold calling
