Job Description
The Gould Family Insurance Agency is one of the top Farmers Insurance Agencies in Arizona. We are looking to add a confident, professional service team member to help us continue to grow!
As a representative of our office, you will help our award winning team service our large group of clients. This includes making and receiving phone calls, assisting customers with paying their bill, filing claims and helping to educate them on their coverages. You will also help them review their current insurance needs, and suggest products we have that will help them with those needs.
Base hourly $17-19 an hour based on experience
We offer full benefits, generous commissions splits, and a positive family friendly environment to work in.
Salary Range: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities
Service:
- Take incoming calls and help customers with whatever needs they may have
- Assist walk-in customers with any needs they may have
- Process customer alerts for billing, underwriting alerts and renewals
- Review customer policies and coverages with them
- Educate customers on the importance of having good insurance coverage
- Place outbound calls to existing
Sales:
- Field inbound sales calls assisting potential new clients with their insurance needs
- Assist walk-in customers with quotes
- Make outbound sales calls to new and existing customers to offer additional products
- Attempt cross-selling other lines of business that we offer to every inbound call
Attitude:
- Come to work everyday with a positive, get things done, attitude
- Be friendly to every person who walk in the door
- Treat each walk-in customer as if they were your grandma or grandpa
- Complaining is not part of our vibe- so don't do it

- Property & Casualty (P&C)
