Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
- Identify potential clients through networking, referrals, cold calling, and warm calling.
- Present and explain insurance policies to clients, helping them understand coverage options and costs.
- Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients' needs and budgets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and new insurance products.
- Track individual metrics and strategically pivot to accelerate sales.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and production goals.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and policies.
- Required to have a property and casualty insurance license to be hired.
- Must have a laptop or computer available.
- Maintain a quiet and focused work environment free of distractions.
