Farmers Insurance Entry Level Representative

However, there's a barrier to entry: You need your Property & Casualty Insurance license and some time to prove that you can provide value to an insurance Agency.

Prior to hiring, we will do the following at our expense:

• Cover the cost of your Pre-Licensing Education
• Cover the cost of your Eligibility Requirements upon passing
• Cover the cost of your Insurance Exam upon passing
• Provide a $500 completion bonus for successfully completing the above within 28 days of beginning.
• Launch you into your choice of multiple Career Opportunities available between Olympia and Seattle.

Salary Range: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
• Generating insurance quotes.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Participate in regular team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
• Attend training and continuing education courses.

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Create relationships from a cold start.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
