Job Summary:

Farmers Insurance is seeking motivated and career-driven individuals to join our Protg Program. This role offers hands-on training in sales, customer service, and agency operations, with the goal of preparing you to run your own Farmers Insurance agency.

Salary Range: $46000.00 - $50000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Learn to quote and sell insurance products including auto, home, and life
Provide support and service to existing clients
Help manage daily agency operations
Participate in training and mentorship programs
Develop skills in marketing, sales, and business management

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sales or customer service experience is a plus
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty license (assistance provided)
