OUR AGENCY is actively seeking a confident, motivated individual to join our growing team as a Customer Service Representative. If you have experience in insurance, especially in Property and Casualty, that's a plus. We're looking for someone eager to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in the insurance industry.

In this role, you'll support clients, help market a wide range of insurance products and services, and play a key part in our customer experience. Whether you're already licensed or just starting, we provide the tools and training you need to succeed.
Entry-level candidates start at $35,000 per year, while those with 12 years of experience start at $55,000+ per year.
In addition to a competitive base salary, we offer commission and performance bonuses, giving you the opportunity to significantly increase your earnings. Ex: Base monthly salary at 3,800.00, with our top earners earning an extra $ 5,000.00 a month in commissions..

Responsibilities
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Call prospective customers by operating telephones, automatic dialing systems, and other internet technologies.
- Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email, and potential client lists
- Service Accounts in Commercial, Personal, and Life
- Team building activities
- Conduct needs-based insurance reviews and policy evaluations
- Follow up on leads and maintain accurate client records (CRM management)
- Collaborate with team members to achieve agency goals
- Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and coverage recommendations
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- An active Property & Casualty insurance license is a plus
- Proficiency in multitasking, follow-through, and follow-up.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Be capable of handling customer rejection.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Bilingual is a plus.
- Must pass a background check
- Must have a Valid Drivers License
