Responsibilities- Manage and follow up with inbound and outbound leads
- Build rapport and gather client information
- Present insurance solutions and close sales
- Manage follow-up systems and maintain strong client relationships
- Set goals, hit them, and then beat them.
- Licensed in Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health
- Outgoing, positive, and people-oriented
- Coachable with a strong drive to learn and grow
- Comfortable with fast-paced sales and high expectations
- Confident communicator with a solutions-first mindset
- Passionate about helping people and delivering value
