- Youll gain practical exposure to agency operations, sales, and client relationship management while being supported by experienced leaders. This role is intended to prepare individuals for future advancement, including agency leadership.
- Once you advance, Farmers offers a lucrative commissions schedule, with the opportunity to earn extra high commissions in your first 3 years of business, along with a sign-on bonus to get you started on the path to success!

Salary Range: $50000.00 - $70000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
- Learn and apply insurance sales and service best practices
- Work with clients to understand their insurance needs
- Present insurance solutions including auto, home, life, health, Medicare, and financial services
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Support day-to-day agency operations
- Participate in training, coaching, and professional development
- Engage in community outreach and networking activities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Coachable and open to feedback
- Ability to work independently while following established processes
- Commitment to ethical business practices
- Sales or customer service experience preferred
- Illinois Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses (or willingness to obtainlicensing assistance provided)
