Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Producer to join our team at Farmers Insurance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, developing client relationships, and providing insurance solutions that meet customer needs.
Salary Range: $2500.00 - $5000.00 per month

Responsibilities
Prospect and generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, and marketing leads
Quote, present, and sell auto, home, and other insurance products
Identify client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
Follow up on leads and maintain a consistent sales pipeline
Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions
Provide excellent customer service and support policy retention
RequirementsActive Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain)
Previous sales experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
