Entry-Level candidates typically start at a $30,000 base salary plus commission while experienced candidates typically start at a $40,000 base salary plus commission.

Benefits available include PTO, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance and Disability Insurance.

Salary Range: $50000.00 - $80000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Engage in sales activities to promote products and services.
Sell Farmers Insurance products and achieve monthly sales goals.
Utilize negotiation skills to close sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
Conduct telemarketing efforts to reach potential customers.

Requirements

Previous experience in sales and customer service or related fields is preferred.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
Familiarity with insurance sales is advantageous.
Proven analysis skills to assess customer needs and market opportunities.
Experience in retail sales or telemarketing is beneficial.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
