Jeff Champ's Farmers Insurance Agency, located in Chino Valley is one of the fastest-growing agencies in the nation, and we're handpicking sales reps to join our team. Our office has been established for over 40 years with Farmers Insurance. Our environment is competitive, fun, and fast-paced. We provide:

First-year earnings of at least $50,000 (with bonuses) for Reps who follow our process.
Top Earners can make $125,000+ with uncapped commission oppritunities.

Salary Range: $50000.00 - $80000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Sales and Prospecting: Actively identifying new prospects, generating leads, and selling life, health, property, and casualty insurance policies.
- Client Consultation: Interviewing clients to assess their financial needs, analyzing current coverage, and tailoring insurance programs to fit those needs.
- Policy Administration: Explaining policy features, calculating premiums, establishing payment methods, and processing applications.
- Relationship Management: Maintaining ongoing relationships with clients to retain their business, conducting annual reviews, and offering additions or changes to policies.
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintaining accurate records, staying current with state regulations, and adhering to ethical standards
- Must hold valid Arizona state-required licenses for specific lines of insurance (e.g., Property & Casualty, Life & Health).
- Willing to obtain a Arizona Life and Health Insurance License. We will help!
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Comfortable using technology and web-based platforms in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate ability to quickly learn and adapt to new digital tools and software.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Must be highly self-motivated.
