We are seeking a driven Insurance Sales Representative who is motivated to build relationships, close business, and grow a long-term career. This role offers a supportive environment with daily coaching designed to accelerate success. You will work Monday through Friday with a flexible schedule, warm leads, and a strong focus on work-life balance.
- First-year earnings range from $60,000 to $80,000

Responsibilities- Identify and prospect new clients using provided leads and proactive outreach
- Educate clients on auto, home, life, health, and business insurance solutions
- Conduct needs based conversations to recommend appropriate coverage
- Prepare and present accurate insurance quotes and policy options
- Close new business while building long term client relationships
- Participate in daily meetings, coaching sessions, and roleplay exercises
- Active insurance license required or a willingness to obtain with agency support
- Self motivated, goal oriented, and driven to succeed
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small team setting
- Coachable mindset with a desire for continuous improvement
