Educate clients on insurance options and tailor policies to meet their needs
Build long-term relationships based on trust, service, and expert advice
Meet and exceed sales goals with a competitive, go-getter attitude

Requirements

Must be willing to obtain Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance licenses (we'll help the right candidate!)
A self-starter with strong communication and people skills
Motivated by challenges, goals, and income potential
Sales experience is preferred and drive and coachability more important
