Proactively generated and qualified leads through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach, consistently expanding client base

Successfully sold and cross-sold auto, home, life, and commercial insurance products to meet and exceed sales targets
Built long-term relationships with clients, increasing retention and policy renewals through trust and consistent follow-up
Provided ongoing policy support, including updates, billing assistance, and claims guidance
Maintained accurate records and ensured full compliance with state regulations and company standards

Requirements

Licenses required, assistance available.
Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to explain complex information in a clear and understandable manner.
Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills
