Farmers Insurance The Paola Agency is seeking motivated, ambitious individuals to join our growing team as Insurance Sales Representatives.

In this role, youll help clients protect what matters most by providing tailored solutions across Auto, Home, Life, and Business insurancewhile developing valuable sales, relationship-building, and business skills that can set you up for long-term success.

Salary Range: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Responsibilities

Develop and present customized insurance quotes and coverage solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
Proactively follow up on warm inbound and marketing-generated leads (no cold calling)
Re-engage prospects and uncover sales opportunities through outbound follow-up
Manage and grow a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects
Drive results by meeting and exceeding individual sales goals and performance metrics
Educate clients on coverage options to help them make confident financial decisions

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
Comfortable with outbound follow-up and managing lead flow (no cold prospecting)
Sales or client-facing experience preferred (not required)
Coachable with a willingness to learn and grow
Insurance experience not required licensing support and training provided
