Salary Range: $60000.00 - $80000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients insurance requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-up.
- Produce, present and sell appropriate insurance policies to clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the agency.
- Call prospective customers by operating telephones, automatic dialing systems, and other internet technologies.
- Property & Casualty insurance license (preferred). Willing to train.
- Life & Health insurance (preferred) . Willing to train.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office/Excel.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
