Job Description
We are looking to add a licensed insurance agent to our team! We offer a competitive hourly wage plus monthly commission compensation package. In addition, we provide a matching retirement plan, vacation time, and 10 paid holidays. Employees are provided with healthcare, dental, and vision if needed. Our agency is a close-knit and home-like atmosphere that rewards quality over quantity of work. Were not looking for a salesperson. Rather, were looking for someone who can advise face-to-face and over the phone, while also executing tasks with care and meticulous attention to detail. Candidate must be able to pass a felony background check and must be in the office Monday through Friday during normal business hours.
Salary Range: $40000.00 - $50000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice on insurance coverage options, including auto, home, life, business, and other specialty lines.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to assess their insurance needs.
- Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients, policy changes, claims, and other customer inquiries promptly and accurately.
- Stay updated on insurance industry trends, products, and regulations
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and agency goals
- Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
- No prior insurance experience required - Comprehensive training is provided.
- We will train motivated professionals who demonstrate drive and discipline. We value ambition, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn above everything else.
- Current Property & Casualty, plus Life, Health and Annuities license, or willingness to obtain with district support. Must be able to able to obtain P&C license prior to starting. Licensure study materials paid for.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
