The ownership program produces great earnings. We are owned by a private equity firm named KKR. The Ownership Program is an employee benefit plan that enables our employees to own part or all of the company at fair market value. This means, the employee receives the value of his or her shares from the trust, usually in the form of cash upon a sale. Team members are automatically enrolled in this program with no employee investment is required from them other than their hard work! The share price that each teammate serves to gain if we hit our business targets is equal to approximately 1x's the employee's annual salary!
