THE TYPE OF FEED OPERATIONS MANAGER WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're searching for someone who can meet the following qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in feed production, manufacturing, or operations management
• Experience with inventory management systems and production scheduling
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and operations
• In-depth knowledge of feed production processes, food safety compliance, and industry standards
• Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of safety and environmental regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• A bachelor's degree in agriculture, Animal Science, Business Management, or a related field is preferred
