Position Overview We’re seeking a Female Exercise Specialist who combines expertise in movement with genuine warmth and encouragement. You’ll deliver personalized, in-home fitness sessions across Richmond and nearby areas, helping clients improve posture, mobility, strength, and confidence.

Responsibilities
- Lead personalized, one-on-one or small group fitness sessions (in-home or on-site).
- Create and adjust customized programs focusing on strength, alignment, mobility and longevity.
- Motivate clients and track their progress toward goals.
- Educate clients on safe movement and healthy habits.
- Represent GYMGUYZ with professionalism and positivity.
Qualifications
- Certified Personal Trainer (ISSA, NASM, ACE, ACSM, or similar).
- CPR/AED certified.

Compensation: $20.00 - $50.00 per hour
