SWi, LLC is hiring hardworking, dependable fence installers to join our crew!This is a physically demanding, hands-on construction job. If you're motivated, reliable, and take pride in doing tough work the right way, this could be the start of a great career with a respected and growing company. While our projects focus on high-security commercial, industrial, governmental, and residential fencing, we've found that individuals with farm, ranch, or other labor-intensive backgrounds often thrive here because they're already familiar with long days, outdoor work, and physical tasks. WHAT TO EXPECT ON THE JOB

Some of our larger, out-of-town projects follow a travel schedule of 2 weeks on, 1 week off, with 12+ hour days. For these jobs, we provide hotel lodging, per diem, and travel reimbursements. This schedule only applies to specific projects. Most of our crews work a regular schedule of 4-10s or 5-8s, with overtime available as needed. Traveling is mandatory for this position.

This is not a laid-back or light-duty job-it's a fast-paced, hands-on role that's both physically and mentally demanding. But for those who are dependable, hardworking, and ready to learn, it's also incredibly rewarding.

YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU...
