We Power America is seeking motivated technicians for fiber optic installation on a large, high-profile project in West Jordan, UT.

Pay & Package

  • $34/hour

  • $49/hour total package

  • Comprehensive benefits including full family healthcare, retirement, and supplemental benefit contributions

What You'll Do

  • Fiber optic cable pulling

  • Potential splicing (training available; experience not required)

No certifications required. BICSI is a plus!

Technicians with 3+ years of experience may qualify for a 30-day evaluation toward Journeyman status.

Schedule: 6x10s with swing shift opportunities.
