Elevate Field Marketing is hiring Fiber Sales Representatives to help leading fiber internet providers expand into new markets and grow their customer base nationwide.

What You'll Do

• Work directly with residential customers to sell fiber internet services
• Manage the sales process start to finish — from initial conversation through close
• Educate customers on fiber internet benefits and available plans
• Build trust and rapport with homeowners in assigned territories
• Represent Elevate Field Marketing and our fiber partners professionally in the field

• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with homeowners
• Self-driven, reliable, and comfortable working independently
• Competitive mindset with a desire to earn based on performance

• Uncapped commission structure — your effort determines your pay
• OTE is $80,000 - $150,000 but top performers earn significantly more
