Position SummaryOur company is seeking a Fiber Splicer Manager. This role requires hands-on expertise in fiber splicing and testing, managing cases, and working with loose tube fiber. Candidates must have at least 5 years of fiber splicing experience.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Splice fiber cables and build cases (loose tube).
- Perform splice and test using Fujikura & EXFO equipment.
- Manage fiber splicing operations and ensure quality standards.
- Support field operations with provided vehicle, gas card, and tools.
- Travel within Montana as required.
- Minimum 5 years of fiber splicing experience.
- Proficiency with Fujikura & EXFO splice and test equipment.
- Strong technical knowledge of fiber cable builds and case construction.
