Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on Fiberglass Production Laborer to join our shop team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in general labor, fiberglass work, manufacturing, construction, scenic production, or fabrication-or for those who want to learn these skills on the job.

Key Responsibilities
This is a hands-on, physical role, working on a collaborative shop team that supports fiberglass production and finishing.
Daily tasks may include:
- Using hand tools and power tools (drills, saws, grinders, tape measures, etc.)
- Assisting with fiberglass layup, trimming, sanding, and finishing work
- Cleaning, preparing, and organizing work areas and equipment
- Moving materials and finished pieces safely throughout the shop
- Operating or training to operate a forklift (certification training provided)
- Following all safety procedures and wearing proper PPE
Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to use basic hand tools
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Willingness to learn new techniques and work as part of a team
Preferred:
- Experience in
fiberglass, construction, manufacturing, scenic fabrication, carpentry, or similar hands-on work
- Ability to read basic blueprints or shop drawings
- Forklift experience (or interest in learning)

Physical Requirements
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting
- Ability to lift and move up to 70 lbs. to waist height, 90 lbs. to chest height, and 25 lbs. overhead
- Ability to push, pull, or carry heavy materials and equipment as needed
Work Environment
Indoor production shop with exposure to resin, dust, etc.; standard shop noise. PPE and safety protocols provided.
