Field Nurse Case Manager

Interested in helping patients navigate our healthcare system more efficiently and effectively for their benefit? Have passion for injured workers? We are hiring a full time, fully benefited Field Case Manager to meet with patients at Physician offices during their recovery process. We are willing to train! Requirements:

Registered Nurse (RN) license
Previous field case management experience
Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite effectively (Outlook, Word, Excel)
