  • Oversee QA/QC processes to ensure work meets engineering specifications and quality standards.
  • Participate in commissioning, startup, and turnover activities to ensure smooth project handoff.
  • Maintain accurate field documentation including daily reports, progress tracking, and issue logs.
  • Facilitate coordination meetings between contractors, engineering, and operations personnel.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to site supervisors and junior field staff.
  • Promote continuous improvement initiatives in safety, execution efficiency, and cost control.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline preferred; equivalent field experience considered.

  • Minimum of 5+ years in a construction leadership role (Field Manager, Senior Superintendent, General Superintendent, or similar).
  • Demonstrated experience overseeing projects ranging from $10MM-$100MM+.
